PLEASE NOTE: Events that have additional support from a Hillel, shul, other organization, etc. will only be sponsored/supported up to 50% of the cost.

If your event is approved, JQY will reimburse you for approved event expenses only. Reimbursement will occur after the Event Follow Up Form (including receipts) is submitted. *Events are approved based on JQY's Funding Guidelines

JQY does not use the following platforms for reimbursement: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or similar platforms.

Reimbursements are processed through Bill.com. You can choose to have a check mailed to you or funds can be transferred via ACH.

REIMBURSEMENTS CAN ONLY BE ISSUED FOR PURCHASES WITH SUBMITTED RECEIPTS. If you do not have a receipt, we will be unable to reimburse for that purchase.
